Installation Guidelines

Substrate Preparation

Ensure substrate is clean, level, and structurally sound. Large format tiles require perfectly flat surfaces with maximum deviation of 3mm per 3m.

Adhesive Selection

Use high-quality flexible adhesive suitable for porcelain. Apply using notched trowel with full bed coverage for large format tiles.

Grouting

Minimum 2mm joint width recommended. Use epoxy grout for wet areas and high-traffic commercial applications.

Expansion Joints

Install movement joints every 8-10m and at perimeter edges, doorways, and transitions to other floor finishes.

Care & Maintenance

Daily Cleaning

Sweep or vacuum regularly. Clean with pH-neutral detergent and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or acidic products.

Polished Finishes

Wipe spills immediately to prevent water marks. Use microfiber cloth for streak-free shine. Periodic professional maintenance recommended.

Matt & Textured Finishes

More forgiving of minor scratches. Regular cleaning sufficient to maintain appearance. Suitable for high-traffic areas.

Stain Removal

Non-porous surface resists most stains. For stubborn marks, use appropriate specialist cleaner. Test in inconspicuous area first.
